My Digital Collectibles Aren't Displaying In My Wallet, What Can I Do?

Sometimes your digital collectibles may not display in your profile when using wallet.

You can try getting your digital collectibles to display by using the following steps in your wallet.

  1. When your wallet is connected, select the user profile image to access the drop down menu.

  2. In the drop down menu, select the 'Disconnect' button.

  3. Once disconnected, reconnect your wallet using the 'Connect Wallet' button.

  4. You will be prompted to connect your wallet to the xHaven marketplace, click this to connect.

  5. Once reconnected, select the user profile image to access the drop down menu.

  6. In the drop down menu, select your profile image.

  7. You will be taken to your profile page, scroll down and your digital collectibles should now be viewable in your profile.
