The xHaven Marketplace Isn’t Working, Where Can I Get Help?

If the xHaven Marketplace isn’t loading properly, please try the following:

  1. Update your device and/or browser;

  2. Clear your cache;

  3. Disconnect then reconnect your wallet to xHaven;

  4. Ensure you are on the Songbird network; and

  5. Adjust security settings that could be preventing the browser from loading images.

If none of the above resolve the issue, open a support ticket in our Discord.
